The failure of "multi-culturalism"
This video is a great example of how immigration without integration leads to a society where laws pertain to certain people and not others. In a "multi-cultural" society, the laws which govern a citizen literally change depending on which neighborhood you are in, or which taxicab you choose or which store you shop in.
The solution?
Immigrants should come to America to become American.
