Islamabad, Nov 24, IRNA – Religious Pakistani leader on Tuesday called for unity among Muslim Ummah to counter anti-Islam conspiracies.
Talking to IRNA, Tehrik-e-Islami Pakistan Chief Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi endorsed the statement of Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali Khamenei at the occasion of Hajj saying that “expanding wave of Islamic awakening in the world today is a reality that heralds a bright future for the Islamic Ummah'.
“Yes I agree with the Supreme Leader, Ummah has a bright future”, said the religious leader.
Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, expressing his views, said that the Supreme Leader in his message has very intelligently pointed out issues of Muslims. He added that every Muslim should give special attention to the message of Supreme Leader.
“West wants to sow a seed of hatred among Muslims across the glob”, he said. Religious leader added that US wants to weaken the strength of Muslim Ummah by creating rift among them.
Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi condemning the role of US in world politics said that US always stands behind plots against Muslims.
He called upon Muslims around the world to struggle collectively to foil the conspiracies against Islam.
Religious leader asked the Muslim world to come forward to safeguard their interests.
“The United States and the West are also no more the unquestionable decision-makers of the Middle East that they were two decades ago”, Supreme Leader said in the message.
'Today, the arrogant United States, the self-styled commandant of the Islamic region and the real sponsor of the Zionist regime, is bogged down in the quagmire of its own making in Afghanistan”, he stated
Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi said that the struggle of Muslims will continue till the abolition of the discriminatory policies towards Muslims. “We should fight for the rights of oppressed Muslim nations”, he suggested.
He observed that Imam Khomeini had also stressed for the unity among Muslim Ummah and the Supreme Leader is also forwarding the agenda of Imam Khomeini.
“Imam Khomeini had shown a right path to Ummah ', said Sajid Ali Naqvi.
“I am confident that Western nations would not succeed in accomplishing their evil designs against us”, he said.
“Today the major duties of the elite of the Islamic Ummah is to provide help to the Palestinian nation and the besieged people of Gaza, to sympathise and provide assistance to the nations of Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq and Kashmir, to engage in struggle and resistance against the aggressions of the United States and the Zionist regime, to safeguard the solidarity of Muslims and stop tainted hands and mercenary voices that try to damage this unity, to spread awakening and the sense of responsibility and commitment among Muslim youth throughout Islamic communities,” Ayatollah Khamenei said in his message to the Haj pilgrims.
